AI-made picture: a restaurant owner after closing, a hand at the back of his neck, looking down at five tablets and two card readers on a counter. They are seen from behind, their cables in a tangle.

The bill

One login for the register. One for reservations. One for scheduling. One for inventory. One for accounting. Each sends its own bill every month, and every Sunday night the owner is the cable between them.

What it costs, in published figures

Read on each maker's own page on October 8, 2026. One restaurant, one of each, at the published monthly price.

A fuller set of seven

What it doesA month
The register$149.00
Ordering on their own site$229.00
Reservations$299.00
Scheduling, the clock, tip sharing and training$134.99
Inventory and invoices$350.00
Marketing$269.00
Accounting software$140.00
All seven$1,570.99

$1,570.99 a month is $18,851.88 a year. Over three years: $56,555.64.

Both sets were put together for illustration from published prices. No restaurant's real bills were seen. The owner's own statements are the real number.

On top of either set, and counted in neither: card fees on every sale. The delivery apps' 15 to 30 percent. A reservation service's fee for each cover booked through its network: $1.50 on the lean set's plan, $1 on the fuller one's. Kitchen screens at $20 or $30 a device a month. Tablets, readers and stands. Payroll, and the accountant.

What the rented products have in common. Each belongs to a separate company, with its own sign-in, its own bill and its own copy of the menu. They connect where their makers have built a link, and a link has a price of its own: one inventory maker's page prints $50 a location a month, paid to the register's maker, for the connection. And the restaurant never owns any of them. Stop paying and it stops.

What we build for it

One system the restaurant owns, on accounts in its own name. The register, the kitchen, the 86 list, deliveries, the count and the day's money are one record, entered once, with one question box over all of it.

An owner starts with one part. What they keep is connected where its maker gives them access. What will not connect, we replace with their own.

The build is paid for once and owned. Rent comes back every year. "Once" is the build only: help on call, an update when outside technology changes, AI use and the owner's own accounts are not once.

Runs today, or built for you

  • On the walkthrough now: the Money screen holds the rent sheet. An owner unchecks what they do not rent, and types their own bills.
  • Runs today: an online store with an in-person register and stock that cannot oversell, at our co-founder's business.
  • Built for you: the restaurant's own system.

For owners. If a seller sent you this page, we pay them a commission if you buy. It does not change your price. They cannot quote a price or take a payment. You pay only Guerrilla X, on a written scope.

Selling this? The question that opens the subject, and what never to say, are in the kit: The lessons, for the seller.

The restaurant, the people and the rooms in these pictures are made up, and the pictures were made with AI. The screens in them are real: they are the walkthrough's own.
