Two people, no agency in between
Guerrilla X AI Systems is a two-person studio in Las Vegas, Nevada, that builds websites, customer apps and office systems for local businesses, on accounts the business owns. You work with the two people who build it. No resold software, no offshore team. You own it.
The founders
Liza Walker
Taught herself to build software to get out of doing someone else's books by hand — then automated the job instead, and kept going. She designs and builds every system we ship.
- Builds the whole thing, not a piece of it — the website, the customer app, the owner's dashboard, and the automation behind them
- Assumes her own work is wrong until it proves otherwise: every build is attacked before a client sees it, and only what survives ships
- Will not let a system make something up — if a claim cannot be traced to a real source, it does not go on a client's site
- Has done it on real businesses, not demos: a live store with a register and inventory, and two products sharing one backend
- Builds each business its own system rather than renting it a seat in someone else's
Shaun Williams
Runs the business side and the client relationship — the operator's view of what a system has to survive on a real counter, on a real day, in a real shop.
