Terms in plain words
A plain summary of how a Guerrilla X build is paid for, approved, owned and supported. Each client signs one short agreement and a one-page order form; the signed agreement is the one that counts.
Payments, for businesses
For businesses. Half to start, and at least $500 ($500 or less, paid in full). Up to $1,000, the rest when you approve it; above $1,000, the rest in three payments at go-live, 30 days and 60 days. No interest, no fees, and no payment is due while the work it pays for is late on our side. Change your mind? Cancel any time. On builds of $1,000 or less the down payment is not refunded. On bigger builds we keep at least $500, or more by how far the work got, and refund the rest.
The down payment is half the price, rounded up to a multiple of $50, and never less than $500; a price of $500 or less is paid in full up front.
Every build comes with a written scope, a written delivery date and the price, before you pay anything. Your price is fixed in your written scope before you pay anything. A new client's price holds for 12 months from signing, and any later rate change comes with 60 days' written notice.
Go-live and sign-off
Go-live is your written yes on the preview link: we show you the finished build working there and ask you in writing to approve it. If 10 business days pass after that request and you have neither said yes nor named in writing something that does not do what the written scope says, it counts as approved. A named fault is fixed, and the 10 days start again from the fix. A later piece is accepted on a yes, on first use in your business, or 10 business days after delivery with a written request to approve it and no fault named.
Backing out
You may cancel at any time. The order form sets out, in dollars for your build, what we keep (at least $500, or the price if lower, never more than was paid), and the rest is refunded within 10 business days.
If we cancel or cannot deliver
Everything paid is refunded except the stages you accepted with a written yes, within 10 business days. A delay caused by you is never our failure to deliver.
Waiting on you
We list what we need from you with the date we asked. A payment is never due while the work it pays for is late on our side, and our delivery date moves by the days we are waiting on you. There is no fee for a delay.
Ownership
- Your domain, hosting, code and data are on accounts in your name from day one. We never hold them, and you can remove our access whenever you choose.
- Your words, photos, customers and messages are always yours. Nothing is ever held back.
- At the final payment, everything made only for you is signed over to you in writing.
- Our reusable pieces stay ours so the next client can have them; at the final payment you get a permanent licence to keep using them, even if we stop working together.
- We never switch anything off.
Warranty and support
If something we built stops working, we fix it at no charge, for every client, with no time limit. Something new, and an update when outside technology changes, are each priced in writing before we start. 30 days of free help after each go-live, then the published rates. We promise reply times, not fix times. Support
Care is optional and month to month: You own your system. For a set amount a month, we are on call for anything. Care never includes a new system, a new feature or a change of scope. That is a build, priced like any other.
Other companies
You pay each provider directly. We show a real price before switching on anything that costs money per use, and we are not responsible for a provider's outages, price changes or limits. Card payments and payroll filings run through your own providers. Our systems never store card numbers.
Automation and AI
Nothing that acts on its own is switched on until you switch it on, and nothing sends money in your name without your approval; reminders you switch on send by themselves.
Showing your work, and testimonials
Showing your work is a separate yes, which you can withdraw for future use. Every client is asked honestly for a review; a review is never a condition of the price.
No promised results
We do not promise rankings, bookings, reviews or revenue.
