The Foundation: the setup your business runs on

Stillmoor walkthrough, the owner's console on a phone, the Messages screen
Sample company

The Foundation is the setup your business runs on: three simple automations, your back office, a chat with your customers, sales tracking, and a basic register and store. $1,500, one-time, for businesses. Customer accounts, bigger automations and everything else are added as quoted work.

What is in The Foundation

  • Three simple automations. You pick three of the simple kinds: a reminder that sends itself, an ask for a review, a follow-up, a report that arrives by itself.
  • Your back office. The owner's screen you run the business from.
  • A chat with your customers, on your own site.
  • Sales tracking. Your sales, where you can see them.
  • A basic register and store. A catalog with pictures and prices, a cart, in-person sales, stock that cannot oversell, discounts and specials, and a receipt. Your customers can add it to their phone like an app, straight from your site, and they choose whether to hear from you about their own order.

Questions owners ask

Which three automations?

You pick three of the simple kinds: a reminder that sends itself, an ask for a review, a follow-up, a report that arrives by itself.

What if I need more than that?

Customer accounts, bigger automations and everything else are added as quoted work. Your exact price is in a written scope before you pay anything.

Do my customers need an account?

No. On The Foundation they buy, pay and get a receipt without one. Customer accounts are added as quoted work, in one group with a rewards program, your email list and social posts. At checkout, a customer with no account can tick a box to hear from you. The box starts empty.

Who owns it?

You do. Your domain, hosting, code and data are on accounts in your name from day one. What you own

What does it cost to run?

Your site runs on free plans in your name, so you pay $0 a month for hosting, plus your domain renewal. Every AI piece runs on your own AI key, so you see what each one costs. If you outgrow a free plan, the next step is $9 to $25 a month, paid to that company, not to us. Every company, and what it charges
