You send a request, we talk it through, you pay to start, your accounts are made in your name on a setup call, we build on a preview link, you approve it and it goes live, then 30 days of free help. Your accounts and data are yours from day one.

What "go-live" means
We show you the finished build working on a preview link, on your own account, and ask you in writing to approve it. You say yes in writing (an email or a text counts), and the go-live payment is due. If 10 business days pass after that request and you have neither said yes nor named something that does not do what the written scope says, it counts as approved. A named fault is fixed, and the 10 days start again from the fix. Then we connect your domain and install the app on your phone with you on the call.
How paying works
For businesses. Half to start, and at least $500 ($500 or less, paid in full). Up to $1,000, the rest when you approve it; above $1,000, the rest in three payments at go-live, 30 days and 60 days. No interest, no fees, and no payment is due while the work it pays for is late on our side. Change your mind? Cancel any time. On builds of $1,000 or less the down payment is not refunded. On bigger builds we keep at least $500, or more by how far the work got, and refund the rest.
What you own
- Your domain, hosting, code and data are on accounts in your name from day one. We never hold them, and you can remove our access whenever you choose.
- Your words, photos, customers and messages are always yours. Nothing is ever held back.
- At the final payment, everything made only for you is signed over to you in writing.
- Our reusable pieces stay ours so the next client can have them; at the final payment you get a permanent licence to keep using them, even if we stop working together.
- We never switch anything off.
If we are waiting on you
Some things only you can give us: answers, photos, a login you create yourself. We list what we need with the date we asked. A payment is never due while the work it pays for is late on our side, and it does not wait forever on you either. The full rule, in plain words
