What Lia is
About two minutes. Shorter than the others, because she is shown, not described.

What she is
Lia is the restaurant's own AI, over the whole restaurant. The owner signs in and asks her what they would ask a manager, typed or said out loud. She answers from the restaurant's own records, with the figure and where it came from.
Six things she is built to do
- A figure comes with its source. Every figure comes with where it is from. When she cannot see something, she says so.
- By herself she never touches money. She never moves money, changes a price, discounts, voids or comps. Nothing touches money unless a named person said so.
- The owner sets how far she goes. Three levels: she tells you. She drafts, you approve. She handles the routine you switched on.
- She acts on a manager's word. A signed-in manager with that permission says: "Take 18 percent off table 20. Long wait." It is done, with the reason and the manager's name on the record.
- Each part teaches her that part. Add the back door, and she answers about deliveries. She begins with what the restaurant has.
- She says she is an AI. Asked whether she is a person, she says no. She never presents herself as a licensed professional: not an accountant, not a lawyer, not a clinician.
Where she sits in the offer
Lia is a part of her own, quoted in writing, by level. No price for her is public.
She is not in the $1,500 foundation. The foundation's chat is a chat with the restaurant's customers, on its own site. It is not Lia.
She runs on the restaurant's own AI account, with a daily budget the owner sees, and she stops when she reaches it. The register and the kitchen screens do not run on her. They keep working.
Runs today, or built for you
Built for you: a restaurant's own Lia, on the parts that restaurant has.
Running today, as our founders' own product: Lia in a journal app. There she answers from a member's whole journal, and changes a record when the member asks. Those are a member's own pages, never a restaurant's records.
On the walkthrough her answers are written out in advance, and the page says so: no AI is running inside it. In a restaurant she answers from that restaurant's own records.
For owners. If a seller sent you this page, we pay them a commission if you buy. It does not change your price. They cannot quote a price or take a payment. You pay only Guerrilla X, on a written scope.
Selling this? The question that opens the subject, and what never to say, are in the kit: The lessons, for the seller.
The restaurant, the people and the rooms in these pictures are made up, and the pictures were made with AI. The screens in them are real: they are the walkthrough's own.
